Personal development, self-esteem & all types of relationship dynamics

Take some time for yourself: gain clarity, rebuild your confidence, navigate life transitions, and overcome the challenges or blocks you may be facing — whether in your romantic, family, social, or professional life.

Duration: 1 hour

Fee: CHF 180

Included: Your personalized coaching session + a written summary sent to you after the session to help you consolidate your progress.

👥 Couples Coaching

Immersion & Transformation of Your Relationship Dynamics

A dedicated 2-hour session, once a month, designed to ease tensions, restore open and meaningful communication, and help you reconnect and create greater harmony in your relationship.

Format: 1 two-hour session per month

Fee: CHF 380

Included: Your couples session + your written summary + personalized exercises to practice between each session.

Cancellations : min 24 hours before the appointment.

Please note that any missed appointment or cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be considered due and billed accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting this policy.

Session Process

Each coaching or therapy journey is tailored to your unique situation and individual needs.

During the first session, we take the time to discuss your current situation, your expectations, and the goals you would like to achieve.

Subsequent sessions allow us to explore the topics in greater depth and implement practical tools that support your personal growth and development.

All discussions that take place during consultations are strictly confidential and occur in an atmosphere of respect, active listening, and compassion.

Consultations are available by appointment only.
